Martin Dale
We are pleased to have Martin on board as our Yanagisawa saxophone endorsee and professional clarinet consultant. To ensure that all the professional clarinets and saxophones are perfectly set up, they are tested by him prior to display.
Martin was the principal clarinettist in the Band of HM Royal Marines, retiring as Bandmaster, Plymouth Band after 25 years service. Now in his second career, he is internationally respected as one of the UKs leading jazz saxophonists, regularly performing with all the leading jazz artists. A West Country man, Martin runs his own jazz quartet and can be seen at the Plymouth Jazz Café situated on Plymouths historic Barbican Quay.
